His early experiences working for his parents' pesticide company motivated him to leave his family and travel to Iraq to kill his brothers to aid the American troops. As soon as word of his expertise as a boxer spread, he was brought in to train the Iraqi boxing team for the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens.

Building a group during a war brought enormous obstacles, yet Watkins managed to make the impossible happen. In his introductions, Watkins walks the audience through his struggles and resolve to reach his goal of qualifying as one Iraqi Olympian.
