Teresa has worked in Deloitte's innovation and client business areas for 35 years. She joined Deloitte & Touche as one of, if not the, youngest partner in the company when just 7% of partners were women. Rising quickly, she relocated to the Deloitte headquarters in New York to modernize the company's corporate process nationally.
