Ted Malaska, Capital One's chief of big business design, has more than 20 years of professional experience working for established businesses, the US government, some of the largest banks in the world, biotech businesses, retail businesses, equipment apparatus companies, and the most significant philanthropic money-related controller in the US.
Before joining Capital One, Malaska had positions at Blizzard as the executive of building in the Global Insight Department, Cloudera's head arrangements engineer helping clients succeed in the Hadoop environment, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority's lead designer (FINRA). He has contributed code to several Apache projects, including Flume, Avro, Yarn, HDFS, Spark, Sqoop, and many others.
