Ted has twenty years of fundraising experience, and throughout that time, he was recognized by Business 2.0 as the best financial speculator in the United States from 1995 to 1999. He oversaw the Public Policy Committee of the National Venture Capital Association while serving on its board. He ran a business at Analog Devices from 1981 to 1987, enabling the advanced revolution. He served as a staff investigator for the U.S. House of Representatives from 1976 to 1978, and President Obama selected him in 2012 to represent the United States at the UN General Assembly. Ted obtained a Ph.D. in Engineering from Stanford University and a B.A. with High Honors in Physics and English from the College of William & Mary.
