Taylar Stallings Biography

Taylar, a three-game letter winner in secondary school, received All-State honors in the shot put and disc (2003). Her athletic scholarship to the University of South Florida was saved thanks to her accomplishments, and she continued to perform above expectations in Olympic-style sports. As a result, she departed as one of USF's most notable competitors of all time, holding, at the very least, a central four spot five different times. She concluded her career with the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), ranking her thirteenth and various All-Conference and All-Regional accolades (Big East and Conference USA). She graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in brain research. The American Fitness and Professionals Association has verified her credentials, and she is on schedule to earn her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification by the end of the summer of 2011. Taylar started doing the sport of brutal force lifting after graduating. Force lifting is a good sport, and practicing it may help people improve their ability to deadlift and press from the squat seat. She trains and competes as a force lifter without using any performance-enhancing drugs. With a combined total lift of 1211 lbs, Taylar is now ranked as the top Raw Female Powerlifter in the nation for lifters weighing 165 lbs. With a draw of 518 lbs at 163 lbs, she is also one of the best dead lifters in the country, pound for pound. Taylar continues to live her life by giving whatever she does her all-out effort. Taylar coaches aspiring athletes at the secondary school and collegiate levels, and many of them have gone on to compete in various national competitions.
