She studied history at Brown University and graduated in the class of 2001. Later, she focused further on her field at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, graduating in 2003. In addition, Summers got ready for a stint at the National Theater Institute.
She has performed several supporting roles in films, including What a Girl Wants The Jacket and Rabbit Fever. Additionally, Summers has worked on a few TV productions, including The Great San Francisco Earthquake and Fooling Hitler. In the TV dramatization of Boston Legal on the ABC network, Tara Summers plays Katie Lloyd.
