As Miss USA 2006, Tara Elizabeth Conner is an American performer, model, promoter, and ballgown enthusiast. She has also competed in the Miss Teen USA and Miss Universe competitions. Conner has worked as a model in addition to becoming Miss USA. She participated as a model in the 2004 Lake Tahoe episode of the HDNet series Bikini Destinations.
The women held the titles of Miss Kentucky Teen USA in 2002, Miss Kentucky County Fair in 2004, and Miss Kentucky USA in 2006. Conner came to the public's attention in late 2006 after she was caught doing cocaine, consuming alcohol while underage, and kissing Miss Teen USA Katie Blair at a New York dance club.
