Tammy is a creative facilitator, presenter, and business leader who has worked in a wide range of companies and sectors all around the world for over two decades. She began her career in the Corporate Education and Training Division of Xerox Corporation.
She joined The Heim Group in 1995 as a Training Director, pioneered the development of the very popular GenderSpeak program, and was named President in 2005. Tammy has been researching how women and men connect to and assess events differently based on the lens they use for the past 20 years.
