Suzanne Muchin is a co-benefactor and the CEO of Bonfire, a group founded to ignite women's passion for altering the fundamentals of the modern workforce. Furthermore, she teaches clinical courses at the Kellogg School of Management. In addition to co-hosting the popular web programme The Big Payoff with Rachel Bellow, Suzanne is the theatrical host of TEDxChicago. A pioneer in the Chicago business community, Suzanne has contributed to the branding and social impact strategies for some of the city's most well-known organisations and events, such as the 1871 MATTER Impact Engine and P33. In addition, Muchin is a co-benefactor and the founder of Mind + Matter Studio, a brand strategy company that develops ideas that make the world more magnificent, fair, sensible, or illuminating. Along with Rachel Bellow, a longtime coworker and supporter of M+MS, Suzanne also serves as the host of The Big Payoff, a radio programme on WGN and a digital broadcast. Before founding Mind + Matter Studio, Suzanne worked as a founding partner and lead strategist for Frequency540, a major interchanges company that helped her land her first image methodology job at ROI Ventures (Return on Inspiration). This method company combined social impact for the commercial centre. In partnership with Rachel, Suzanne grew the ROI Ventures hatchery (Return on Inspiration Labs LLC) and its media division (ROI Distributed LLC). She was inducted into the Chicago Entrepreneur Hall of Fame for these efforts in 2012.
