Susie is one of the group's co-leaders in the Investment Banking Division's Global Financing Group (IBD). She participates in the Americas Diversity Committee, IBD Risk Council, Partnership Committee, and IBD Executive Committee. In addition, Susie serves as the Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Transgender Network's supervising chief counsel. Susie was formerly the Americas Financing Group's co-leader.
Before that, she served as the Americas Financing Group's acting head of Investment Grade Capital Markets and Risk Management. Susie began working for Goldman Sachs in 1990 as a mid-year partner and returned to the company in 1997 as a vice president. In 2001 and 2006, she was given the titles of supervising executive and accomplice.
