In 2010, Susan Reilly Salgado, Ph.D., and Danny Meyer founded Hospitality Quotient. As she pursued a Ph.D. in Management and Organizational Behavior at New York University's Stern School of Business, her relationship with USHG as a regular at Union Square Cafe throughout the 1990s informed and inspired her to write a study on the organization's hierarchical culture.
After completing her thesis, Susan joined USHG as its first-ever Director of Culture and Learning in 2003. Susan created and carried out the company's effort in this role by completing the programs that serve as the foundation for HQ's activities. Susan's aptitude for authoritative behavior is focused on seeing how appealing leadership may continue to build society.
