Steven has over 40 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur confided in high officials, a business mentor, and a respected network leader. Steve founded a nationwide printing distribution and sales firm after graduating from Brigham Young University. As a young businessman, Steve also established several affiliations from the beginning.
During those years, he continued his education at Harvard Business School. Steve was a crucial figure in the construction of the world-famous Covey Leadership Center during his many years of collaboration with Stephen R. Brood. He led a strong team and grew the executive's division from a few of preparation courses to over 600 regular classes in only one year.
