Stephen Patrick is the Aspen Institute's official executive director of the Aspen Forum for Community Solutions. He formerly worked as a senior program official at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, a vice president at the Daniels Fund, and the executive director of young and emerging programs at the New Mexico Community Foundation.
He is a Rocky Mountain Youth Corps donor who spent a long time running youth programs for the San Juan Pueblo Tribe. Patrick has served on several boards, was a Rockefeller Foundation Next Generation Leadership Fellow, and co-chaired the New Mexico Commission on Community Volunteerism (AmeriCorps). He sat on Obama's change committee in 2008.
