Steve Lowery is a professional golfer from the United States. Lowery was born in the city of Birmingham in the state of Alabama. In 1994, 2000, and 2008, he won on the PGA Tour. All three of his PGA Tour victories have come in playoffs. Lowery has appeared in the Official World Golf Ranking's top 50 players.
In 1994, he had his greatest season on the PGA Tour, finishing 12th on the money list. He was out for the most of 2007 due to a wrist injury. For the 2008 season, the PGA Tour gave him a partial exemption.
