During his ten years as a crew chief in NASCAR's top series, Steve Letarte won 15 races, including the 2014 Daytona 500, the pinnacle of stock car racing. Letarte began his career in racing at the age of 16 when he began working for Hendrick Motorsports.
He worked his way through the ranks at the team until he was elevated to crew chief at the age of 25, making him one of the sport's youngest crew chiefs. Letarte worked as the crew chief for four-time championship driver Jeff Gordon and NASCAR's most popular driver Dale Earnhardt Jr. in the NASCAR premier series.
