Steve Haffner had a 30 year corporate career as a programmer, systems engineer, executive and business analyst for EDS, Mercer, Humana, and others. Then in 2011 he launched his own business as a magician and speaker.

As both a former corporate professional and magician, Steve provides a unique and fun perspective on how to recognize internal illusions and provides strategies for improving performance. His focus areas include building trust, handling stressful disruption, and decision making / problem solving. His specialty is exploring and "unmasking" the illusions, mental shortcuts and cognitive biases that subvert great performance in each of those areas.
