Sterling Knight is a singer-songwriter, musician, and actor. He is most recognized for his appearances as Alex in the 2009 film 17 Again, Chad Dylan Cooper in Sonny With a Chance and So Random!, and Christopher Wilde in the Disney Channel Original Movie Starstruck.
As Christopher Wilde, he sang the title song from the film StarStruck (all the other songs were performed by Drew Ryan Scott as a vocal double). Sterling also created Connecting Channels, a YouTube band with fellow YouTube star and buddy Matt Shively (in this case the channels connected being Disney Channel and Nickelodeon).
