From 2005 until 2008, Ms. Pugliese worked as a senior official at Lands' End Inc., serving as General Merchandising Manager of Women's Apparel, Men's Apparel, and the Home Division. She previously served as Vice President of Merchandising at Ann Inc. from 2000 until 2003. Ms. Pugliese graduated from New York University's Stern School of Business with a B.A. in marketing.
