Hodge later appeared as a co-host on the critically acclaimed yet underappreciated arrangement My Talk Show. When NBC sacked her she headed to CBS where she featured the mid-year sitcom Muddling Through.
Hodge originally drew attention as Sandy Miller in the NBC comedy Nurses. Hodge returned to The WB sitcom Unhappily Ever After as the drill sergeant's wife and mother. Nurse Hodge played Sandy Miller in the NBC series Nurses (1991-1994), although her character did not appear in the third and final season.
