In 2014, Steph wrote the best-selling The Paleo Athlete: A Beginner's Guide to Real Food for Performance, as well as the award-winning The Performance Paleo Cookbook: Recipes for Eating Better, Getting Stronger, and Gaining the Competitive Edge (Page Street Publishing 2015). Her most recent book, The Core 4, which will be released in July 2019, outlines her Core 4 wellness pillars (HarperOne). Steph has a 2x weekly digital show on Harder to Kill Radio where she talks about everything wellness, nourishment, and attitude on how to make strong people.
