Mr. Sonny X. Vu co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of AgaMatrix, Inc. in 2000. Mr. Vu was AgaMatrix, Inc.'s Executive Vice President of Business Development and Marketing. He has managerial and entrepreneurial expertise as a result of his work in multiple Microsoft product groups and the founding and growth of FireSpout, an enterprise software startup. Mr.
Vu worked at Microsoft in a variety of product development groups, including the natural language division, which was in charge of releasing linguistic technology to over 16 apps in 22 languages. He conceived the initial technological vision at FireSpout, hired technical teams, planned and supervised technology development and different operational procedures, and developed the intellectual property strategy.
