Skylar Spence, formerly known as Saint Pepsi, is the electronic music project of Ryan DeRobertis, an American musician, producer, and performer. Ryan was raised in Farmingville, New York. Before embarking on his musical career, he studied music at Boston College for two years.
The project began in December 2012, and he released his most highly lauded album Hit Vibes in May 2013 as Saint Pepsi. DeRobertis has been dubbed "future funk." Though the project transcends lines between traditional music genres, it may be described as vaporwave disco pop future pop liquid disco slow jam and gibber boogie.
