Simon Rimmer is a British chef and restaurateur best known for his on-screen collaboration with Tim Lovejoy, with whom he co-hosted the BBC Two show Something for the Weekend from 2006 until 2012. Rimmer and Lovejoy then began co-hosting the Channel 4 shows Sunday Brunch and Daily Brunch. In 1990, Rimmer opened Greens, a vegetarian restaurant in West Didsbury, Manchester.
Greens was named one of the most intriguing new restaurants in the UK by The Guardian two years later. Rimmer's television career began with Granada Breeze, and he has since been on shows such as This Morning, Granada Tonight, A Taste for Travel, Lunchtime Live, and The Afternoon Show.
