Shih-Chung Jessy Kang, Ph.D., is Deputy Vice President for Academic Affairs and a civil engineering professor at National Taiwan University. Kang's research focuses on enhanced visual and robotics tools used in engineering. He created several ways for automating and simulating crane operations.
