Shelia comes to MHA with over 35 years of diversified music business expertise and a strong commitment to the well-being of music and its creators. Her career began with an entry-level position at Monument Records (home to Roy Orbison Larry Gatlin and Kris Kristofferson).
Over the next eight years, she rose through the ranks of RCA and MCA to become Vice President of Promotion at MCA, and the first woman to lead a major record company in Music City.
