Sheila Cluff is the president and creator of Fitness Inc., Fit Two, and Health Holidays Inc., as well as the owner of sister spas The Oaks at Ojai and The Palms at Palm Springs. She is a 66-year-old mother of four and grandma of four who practices what she preaches.
Cluff began her career as a Sonja Henie professional figure skater and now hosts her own fitness chat shows on NBC and KABC. In the l950s, she introduced the globe to Cardiovascular Dance, which is now simply known as aerobics.
