Shannon MacMillan is a former professional soccer player from the United States. She competed for the United States Women's National Team in the 1996 Summer Olympics and the 1999 Women's World Cup, winning gold medals in both events. In 2002, she was named US Soccer's Female Athlete of the Year.
In 2007, MacMillan joined the UCLA women's soccer team as an assistant coach.
