Chef Rosenberg, a native of Taos, New Mexico, began his culinary career while studying Engineering Physics at the University of Colorado. He quickly discovered that working in the kitchen was his true calling, and as a young cook, he rose quickly through the ranks.
Rosenberg secured chef roles at Boulder's Dandelion Restaurant in 2001 and Jax Fish House in 2004 after learning under renowned chefs Wolfgang Puck, Kevin Taylor, and Dave Query. Chef Hosea rose to national culinary prominence as the champion of Bravo TV's Top Chef, Season 5 in 2009.
