Seth Bernstein serves as interim Chief Executive Officer and President of Empagio Inc. and Stromberg LLC. In addition, he serves as president of the private value business Pegasus Advisory Group. From 2012 to 2014, he served as the Global Vice President for Business Development and Strategy for NCR Corporation before his positions at Stromberg Empagio and Pegasus Capital Advisors. In addition, he served as the owner and CEO of Empower Software Solutions from 2007 until 2011. Bernstein started his career as a top dealmaker at ADP, winning the Crystal Award twice in a row. In 1997, he went on to launch Zurich Payroll Solutions. Mr. Bernstein acquired Stromberg in 2003 and oversaw its 1700% growth to become the country's second-largest time and participation business. He presented the company to Paychex Corporation in 2004 and served as president until August 2006. Empower Software Solutions, Lighting Science Group Corporation, Outerwall Inc., Forstmann and Company, Florida Hospitals, the American Spectator's Board, Spirit Music Group, Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas, and a few other privately owned businesses are just a few of the organizations he has led or filled in as head of.
