Sean Davis grew up in Oklahoma, where he developed a deep passion for the natural world and its extreme weather. This eventually inspired him to pursue a Ph.D. in air science at the University of Colorado in Boulder. He is currently employed as a Research Scientist at the NOAA Earth System Research Laboratory.
Davis focuses on long-term changes in the formation and distribution of the stratosphere with a focus on artificial disturbances to the protective ozone layer of the Planet and their impact on the atmosphere at the surface.
