Sean Barrett has a wealth of experience in New York's café and fishing industries. In Montauk, New York, he founded Dock to Dish in 2012, a unique enrollment-based program connecting elite anglers legally to local networks through cooperatives for the sourcing of wild fish that foster adaptability to environmental change.
Since then, Moor to Dish has grown into a global network of fisheries initiatives supported by restaurants that are now seen as a critical blueprint for what will ultimately happen to sustainably caught fish. Sean is a founding member of the Amagansett Food Institute and the Northwest Atlantic Marine Alliance.
