Singer and zydeco performer Sean Ardoin. He is the brother of hip-bounce zydeco accordionist Chris Ardoin and the grandson of Alphonse Bois Sec Ardoin, the son of Lawrence Black Ardoin. The two collections by Ardoin that are the most well-known are How Awesome Is Your Love from 2009 and Kreole Rock and Soul from 2018.
He was nominated twice for the Best American Roots Performance and Regional Roots Music Album categories of the 2019 Grammy Awards.
