She took up the role of Clara in Richmond Ballet's production of The Nutcracker in 1994. She took a year off after leaving Collegiate School in 2000 to join the Richmond Ballet's ballet company. When I started at three, I was fixated on it [ballet]. I breathed it in and lived it till I was about nineteen.
