Inc. and Range Brands Inc. are included in Mr. Schoen's current and prior company board directorships—Rayovac Corporation, Simmons Bedding Company, Transwestern Publications L.P., and Pivot Specialty Ltd., among others. Mr. Schoen serves as a Trustee for the Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Network, a member of the Yale School of Management's Board of Advisers, and a member of the Yale Development Board.
