Scott Porter is a well-known American performer and occasional artist best known for playing Jason Street in the NBC television series Friday Night Lights. During a football game in the pilot scene, his character was being driven by a real secondary school football player—he was injured and left crippled.
In the 2009 movie Bandslam, Porter appeared with Alyson Michalka and Vanessa Hudgens and sang the song Pretend. In the 2010 season of The Good Wife on CBS, he took on the role of Blake, a law office agent. He also appears as George Tucker in the satirical drama Hart of Dixie on The CW, which premiered in 2013.
