When Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir became the first Canadian ice dancers to win the Junior World Championships in 2006, they captured the attention of the whole world.
Since then, the couple has consistently finished in the top three at international competitions, earning gold at the Four Continents Championship in 2008 and silver at the World Figure Skating Championships in 2008. Like Temperance, Moir has won the Canadian National Championship three times, in 2008, 2009, and 2010.
