Scott Jennings is an American conservative political strategist and CNN commentator since 2017. He has worked on four presidential campaigns, including George W. Bush’s 2000 and 2004 victories, serving as Special Assistant to the President in 2005.
Born in Dawson Springs, Kentucky, in the fall of 1977, Jennings’ perspective often reflects his rural Middle America values. He is a founding partner of RunSwitch Public Relations, which advises clients on strategic communications in politics and business. Jennings contributes to the Louisville Courier-Journal, USA Today, the Los Angeles Times, and CNN.com. He also hosts a podcast, Flyover Country with Scott Jennings, launched in 2022.
