Some of Adsit's most well-known roles are Moral Orel on Adult Swim and Pete Hornberger on NBC's 30 Rock. He joined The Second City's mainstage company in 1994, appearing in several Jeff Award-winning revues like Pinata Full of Bees and Paradigm Lost. In the auditorium's 25th anniversary celebration, a sketch he did with future Saturday Night Live head writer Adam McKay Gump was included as one of the Second City's record-breaking best. Also, he appeared in the 1997 PBS documentary on the Second to the None performance venue. In the 1996 short subject work Reflections From The Heart Of A Child, he portrayed a dad who drank excessively and relied on medicine. Up to the present, this 26-minute video/DVD highlight has been a necessary teaching session in most DWI Repeat Offender programs and drug abuse rehabilitation facilities across the nation. For Williams' Medieval Madness pinball machine, Scott recorded the voices of the King of Payne, Sir Psycho, The Duke of Bourbon, and Merlin in 1997. He appeared in the Friends episode "The One with Ross and Monica's Cousin" from Season 7 in 2001. Scott, who portrays the director, gets two lines, appearing in the final scene before the credits.
