Pieterse loved performing in front of an audience with her parents, seasoned dance partners who served worldwide. She soon met with a specialist, who immediately signed her up for an acting and performing contract.
At age 4, she started working in the company part-time, doing print and plug work. Sasha Pieterse made her TV debut at 6 in 2002 as Buffy on the Warner Bros. spoof series Family Affair. She appeared in Stargate SG-1 in 2004.
