While growing up as an Army kid, Sarita moved all over, remembering nine years in Germany. She learned the value of changing while maintaining a happy attitude and being a good sport. Sarita pursued a career in university administration after earning a master's degree in counseling from the University of Maryland College Park. She held positions at four state institutions for more than 13 years. Sarita changed her career in 1993 and now works as a professional speaker full-time. Speaking engagements have occurred in 47 states, Canada, England, Asia, Mexico, and Iceland. Her passionate keynote speeches and seminars help audiences have fun while learning how to maintain optimism in challenging communication situations and collaborate more effectively. NASA, Nokia, Hewlett-Packard, Kaiser Permanente, WD-40, and the Las Vegas Convention Center are just a few of her clients.
