A certified personal trainer through the ACSM, Sarah Dussault is studying to become a holistic health coach through the Institute of Integrated Nutrition. She is a fulltime fitness and health blogger in her twenties. With the help of YouTube, she turned her passion for fitness into a full time job with more than 110 million views. Dussault's dream for her videos and blog is to create a passion for healthy living in others. She researches topics that she finds interesting and shares her findings with her audience. She also struggled with keeping off the weight for the next three years in college and in the process, she became obsessed with women's health magazines. She shared her personal fitness experiences, successes and failures through videos and blogs and this helped her blog grow. Dussault graduated from the University of Delaware with a BA in Communication before becoming a fitness blogger/expert. She is a member of the Sigma Kappa sorority. She worked as an on-camera host at Diet.com and also at New England Sports Network (NESN) before becoming Senior Video Producer. She lives in Boston, MA.
