Sara Minkara

Empowerment Through Integration (ETI), a nonprofit organization dedicated to the inclusion and development of young people with visual impairment in the Middle East and North Africa, was founded by Sara Minkara, and she currently serves as its president. Sara herself is an American-Lebanese blind person who went blind at the age of seven.

She started ETI to provide blind children with the tools they needed to make a difference in their communities. She is a well-known champion for social entrepreneurship and disability inclusion on a global scale.
