Santino Quaranta is a retired soccer player from the United States. D.C. United selected Quaranta eighth overall in the 2001 MLS SuperDraft. Quaranta surpassed fellow DC player Bobby Convey to become the youngest player in Major League Soccer history at 16 years, four months, a record that would later be surpassed by another DC player, Freddy Adu.

Quaranta had a quick impact on Major League Soccer, scoring five goals and adding one assist in just 16 games during the 2001 season. Unfortunately, injuries plagued Quaranta for the next three seasons, and he struggled to live up to his early potential.
