Sam is the founder and CEO of Getaround, a marketplace enabling the community to share new personal automobiles. He is a recipient of the 2008 Microsoft Code Award, the 2009 E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Award, the Google Scholarship, and a graduate of the robotics and artificial intelligence graduate program at Singularity University.
He co-founded Fresh Founders, a group for young tech entrepreneurs, and is an active part of the technological community. Sam graduated from Queen's University with a First-Class Distinction in Engineering Physics.
