Sam Trammell gave performances at Lincoln Center for Ancient Voices and Oh Wilderness in 1998, for which he was nominated for a Tony. On the New York theatre, he appeared in many plays, including Kit Marlowe's "If Memory Serves" and "My Night with Reg." In Joan Chen's Autumn in New York, Trammell appeared with Richard Gere and Winona Ryder.
His indie filmography includes Wrestling with Alligators and At the End of the Day Beat. In addition, Trammell appeared on television in the shows Sullivan Street, Maximum Bob Trinity, Harvest of Fire, and Without Warning CBS/Hallmark Hall of Fame. His most recent appearance was in the Heading to California TV series on Showtime.
