Salli Richardson played Angela in the 1994 movie A Low Down Dirty Shame, and she played Dr. Allison Blake in the Syfy comedy-drama Eureka (2006-2012). She is also well known for lending her voice to the Disney animated series Gargoyles (1994–1996) as Elisa Maza and the CBS sitcom Family Law as Viveca Foster (1999-2002).
Richardson also has starred in several other films, such as The Great White Hype (1996), Antwone Fisher (2002), Anacondas: The Search for the Blood Orchid (2004), and I Am Legend (2007). In addition, she played the lead in the indie movies I Will Follow (2009), Pastor Brown (2009), and Black Dynamite (2009).
