The co-founder and president of Jopwell are Ryan Williams. On the same trading floor as his co-founder Porter Braswell, Ryan worked as an analyst in foreign currency sales at Goldman Sachs before starting Jopwell. While working on Wall Street, he became passionate about expanding the dialogue surrounding workplace diversity and the possibilities accessible to disadvantaged groups.
To assist Black, Latino/Hispanic, and Native American talent with connections and tools to open doors for professional growth, Ryan left Wall Street in 2014 and co-founded Jopwell with Porter.
