Ruth Heidrich thought she was as fit and healthy as she could be until she was diagnosed with advanced breast cancer. After research suggested her cancer was due to lifestyle primarily the Western diet, she decided against chemo and radiation changed to a vegan diet and adding even more exercise became an Ironman triathlete.
The health benefits were so amazing in that this new lifestyle not only stopped and reversed the cancer but it cured her arthritis, high risk of heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, constipation, etc.
