Rory Gardiner is an Australian-born architectural photographer who is known for his evocative, analog-driven imagery that captures the soul of modern and contemporary architecture. Gardiner was born in Melbourne to an architect father and so he developed an early appreciation for the built environment. He studied photography at RMIT University before moving to London where he started his career with a commission for Tate Modern. His work has been published in top publications such as Wallpaper, Domus, Architectural Digest and The Architectural Review.
Gardiner has worked with architects such as David Chipperfield, Zaha Hadid and John Pawson. He has photographed important projects all over the world including the Swiss National Museum in Zurich and the Museo Jumex in Mexico City.
