Prior to Code Platoon Rod spent 20+ years in finance and entrepreneurship. He was a Partner at G-Bar Limited Partners where he co-founded and managed their volatility-arbitrage trading desk (BBR Trading). He built the team to 20 traders and software developers and was one of the founders of Cerrio an internal software start-up that was a Complex Event Processing Platform as a Service company.
